A Group Coaching Program for Adults with ADHD

In this 12-week small-group program, participants will learn essential organizational, time-management, and planning skills, while exploring self-care, mindfulness, and yoga practices that help manage stress and improve attention and focus.
Dates & Location
The group will meet on Thursday evenings, January 9 through March 27, 2014, 7:00–9:00 p.m., in the Mezzanine Conference Room of the Penn Adult ADHD Treatment & Research Program, 3535 Market Street.
The cost is $1,000 for the 12-week program which provides 24 hours of small group coaching with course materials. Tuition can be paid in two installments of $500, paid in full by the 3rd group session.
Participants must currently be receiving care within the Penn Medicine network. A screening interview is necessary before enrollment in the Group.

The group is facilitated by Lisa Joy Tuttle, MA, an ADHD life coach with 25 years’ experience in the human development field. Her signature program, Mindful Self-Management®, integrates new understandings of the neurobiology of habit change, mindfulness and ADHD to increase personal effectiveness and life satisfaction for the adults and young people she coaches.
