A Group Coaching Program for Adults with ADHD

Learn essential organizational, time-management, and planning skills, and discover how mindfulness can help you manage stress and improve your attention and focus.

The cost is $1,000 for the 12-week program which provides 24 hours of small group coaching with course materials. Tuition can be paid in two installments of $500, paid in full by the 3rd group session.


This class is for adults who have been diagnosed with ADHD; as well as for those whose challenges with executive functions lead them to suspect they have ADHD, and who plan to pursue assessment. Young adults with college experience are welcome.

The group is facilitated by Lisa Joy Tuttle, MA, an ADHD life coach with 25 years' experience in the human development field. Her signature program Mindful Self-Managementtm integrates new understandings of habit change, mindfulness, and ADHD to increase personal effectiveness and life satisfaction for the adults and young people she coaches.
