ADHD Group Seminar for Parents

Description

This is a time-limited group seminar for parents in families affected by Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The purpose of the seminar is to describe how ADHD affects families in terms of issues related to parenting, relationships, and self-care. We will also review ways to institute more effective coping patterns.

Eligibility

Parents (including solo parents, step-parents, partners, etc.) of children/teens with ADHD, or parents who have ADHD themselves (and their non-ADHD partners) are welcome to participate.

Cost

There is a minimal cost for each group meeting of $20 (per household) to be paid at the time of session. There is a discounted fee of $100 for the entire 6-session seminar if paid in advance.
