January, Year 2 - December, Year 3
Clerkship emphasizes management of acute and chronic illnesses and include clinical therapeutics, medical genetics, aging and patient safety.
Students split their time between in-patient and ambulatory patient care settings.
Standardized patients and simulation centers used for clinical skills including procedures and physical exams.
Five major teaching hospitals within walking distance of the School.
Grading is Honors/High Pass/Pass/Fail
weekly educational didactics at the school of medicine to reinforce evidence-based concepts underlying clinical disease in each clerkship.
