| Bruce A. Kehr, MD | Board Chair |
Chairman and CEO Bruce A. Kehr, MD, is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of InforMedix, Inc., a publicly traded medical technology company (OTC BB: IFMX), and is Chairman of the Board of the Institute on Aging of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Kehr is a forensic consultant in neuropsychiatry and traumatic brain injury and a practicing physician. He is the inventor of fifteen issued patents and twelve pending patents in the United States, Europe, Japan, and Canada, as well as issued and pending trademarks and service marks. He is also a Senior Scholar, Department of Health Policy, Jefferson Medical College. Since 1981, Dr. Kehr has served as founder and President of Contemporary Psychiatric Services, a psychiatric group practice. He has actively written and lectured in the field of medication non-adherence, is recognized as an expert in the field of medication non-adherence, and has lectured on neuropsychiatry aspects of traumatic brain injury. Dr. Kehr received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by an MD from the Georgetown University School of Medicine.

Counsel Richard Brown has been an integral member of the IOA External Advisory Board since the IOA’s evolution in 1990 from the Center for the Study of Aging. Mr. Brown brings with him a storied personal career in volunteerism and non-profit leadership. Throughout his professional career in law as a partner in the firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius, LLP, Mr. Brown has devoted his time, expertise and imagination to organizations working to improve the health and welfare of the Philadelphia region and the world. While still active as counsel at Morgan Lewis, Mr. Brown currently participates as a board member of the Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships, the International Peace Academy in New York, International House Center, WHYY, Inc., and the William Penn Charter School. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. His relationship with Penn has included service as a Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania and as board chairman of the University of Pennsylvania Health System until 1990. Mr. Brown is an alumnus of the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and also a past chairman of the International Law Section of the American Bar Association.

| Executive Director Willo Carey is Executive Director of Wider Horizons, a multimedia service developed by WHYY, the premier public broadcasting service for the Greater Philadelphia market, to address the needs and interests of the growing population approaching and in the second half of life - baby boomers planning their retirement or new careers, retirees and active elders, children of aging parents, and the frail homebound. Willo has been with WHYY since 1981, as Director of Development, Campaign Director of a $15 million capital campaign completed in 1999, and a member of WHYY’s executive management team concerned with strategic planning, institutional branding and development of new services across a multimedia environment. Prior to joining WHYY, she was a fundraising professional for Planned Parenthood Southeastern Pennsylvania. She has an A.B. from Mount Holyoke College and did graduate work in sculpture at Tyler School of Art in Rome. She serves as Vice Chair of the Philadelphia Corporation for Aging and on the board of CARIE (Center for Advocacy for the Rights and Interests of the Elderly), the External Advisory Board of the University of Pennsylvania’s Institute on Aging, the Executive Committee of the Section on Medicine and the Arts of The College of Physicians of Philadelphia, the Advisory Board of the Delaware Valley Schweitzer Fellows Program, and the Pennsylvania Task Force for Quality at the End of Life. Willo was honored for her work in Wider Horizons with the Eastern Pennsylvania Geriatric Society’s 2005 President’s Award, given for the first time in 15 years.

CEO Dr. David Chess is a geriatrician, internist, and entrepreneur with 20 years of experience working to improve the quality and cost of the health care delivery system. As the founder and CEO of Enhanced Care Initiatives, Dr. Chess has focused on creating the most robust engines to drive health outcomes for our most costly and impaired populations. He also serves as President of Project Patient Care (PPC), a non-profit (501(c) 3 patient advocacy organization he founded in January 2000. PPC’s goal is to create a set of measures that help guide improvements to our healthcare system. Unbiased measures will be the engine and catalyst for better healthcare decision-making. In 2004, PPC was awarded a grant from the Connecticut Health Foundation to develop a Health Care Barometer for the State of Connecticut. Dr. Chess co-authored a paper with David Nash and his team at Department of Health Policy, Jefferson Medical College entitled “Pharmacy Utilization and the Medicare Modernization Act” A Review of the Literature, published in the Millbank Quarterly in spring 2005. Dr. Chess received his Medical Degree from Creighton University School of Medicine, performed his Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at Albert Einstein School of Medicine, and was Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Bridgeport Hospital. He is an Alpha Omega Alpha recipient, among numerous other academic achievements. He is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Yale University School of Medicine.

Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Lena Chow is chairman and chief executive officer of JYT Health Media Corporation (Palo Alto, CA and Shanghai, China), a healthcare communication and information company in China. She is a strategist, marketer, communicator and entrepreneur with 20-plus years experience in biotechnology and healthcare. She founded Lena Chow Advertising, one of the top 50 U.S. healthcare agencies and a specialist in transformational products instrumental in shaping the future of biotechnology and healthcare. Euro RSCG Worldwide acquired the agency in 1999, and Lena Chow continued as president and later as chairman and chief strategic officer until the fall of 2003. During her tenure, the agency created markets, revitalized brands and increased sales for market leaders and new ventures alike. Lena Chow is a founder of Women In Biotechnology Foundation, a member of the Development Board of the Association of Friends of Institut Pasteur, Hong Kong, and a member of the Ethics Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctors Association, Beijing, China. Lena Chow received her BS in chemistry from the University of Hong Kong and her MBA from Santa Clara University. She did graduate studies in biochemistry at the University of Pennsylvania.

President and CEO Chairman and Co-Founder, Benefits Data Trust In 2002, Kantor created The Foundation to Benefit our Seniors to execute his philanthropic endeavors and to manage charitable projects. He now serves as chairman of the foundation. In 2005, Mr. Kantor founded Benefits Data Trust in 2005 to pursue his philanthropic endeavors for senior citizens on a national level.

President Barbara Kleger has been serving the senior housing industry since 1978. She is currently President of 55+ consulting, a division of KD Partners, LLC, a national firm that specializes in strategic planning, consumer research and marketing for active adult and full service retirement communities. Ms. Kleger serves on the board of many senior housing organizations and is a frequent speaker at national seminars. She has personally served over 250 clients and surveyed over one million adults.

Chief Medical Officer Harry L. Leider is the Chief Medical Officer of XLHealth and was a founding board member of the Disease Management Association of America. He is board-certified in Medical Management and a fellow, core faculty member and secretary/treasurer of the American College of Physician Executives. Prior to joining XLHealth, Leider was senior vice president and principal of Interactive Forums, Inc., a national healthcare consulting, marketing and medical education company, and chief medical officer and senior vice president for both CardioContinuum, Inc., a disease management firm, and for HealthNet, a large physician-owned managed care organization. He also served for six years as an attending physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, Mass., and as a faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Leider earned his B.A. from Pennsylvania State University, his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and his M.B.A. from the University of Washington.

| Orien Reid Nix is the Vice Chair of Alzheimer’s Disease International and a respected consumer advocate and media personality in the Philadelphia area. She was the first woman to ever hold the position as Chair of the National Board of Directors of the Alzheimer's Association, one of the country’s largest voluntary health associations. Her mother died of Alzheimer’s disease at the age of 75, and Reid’s aunt, uncle, and grandmother also had Alzheimer’s. As the primary caregiver for her mother at a time when she had young children of her own, Reid learned first-hand the struggles and sacrifices of caring for a person with a chronic neurological disorder. She has testified before Congress about the need for increased funding for Alzheimer’s research and patient-care programs. Reid earned her bachelor of arts degree from Clark College and a master’s degree from the Atlanta University School of Social Work, and currently runs a media consulting business called Consumer Connection.

Executive Vice President, Science and Technology, President of Lilly Research Laboratories Steven M. Paul, MD, became executive vice president for science and technology and president of Lilly Research Laboratories, a division of Eli Lilly and Company, in July 2003. He also is a member of the corporate policy and strategy, operations committees and the company's senior management council, a group of top Lilly executives who implements corporate strategies, ensures corporate performance and identifies corporate issues and opportunities. He joined Lilly in April 1993 as vice president of central nervous system discovery and decision phase medical research in LRL and was named vice president, therapeutic area discovery research and clinical investigation, in 1996. Dr. Paul became group vice president of therapeutic area discovery research and clinical investigation for LRL in 1998. Dr. Paul received a bachelor of arts degree, magna cum laude with honors, in biology and psychology from Tulane University in 1972. He received a master of science degree in anatomy and neuroanatomy and his doctor of medicine degree, both in 1975, from the Tulane University School of Medicine. Following an internship in neurology at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, he served as a resident in psychiatry and an instructor in the department of psychiatry at The University of Chicago, Pritzker School of Medicine. Prior to joining Lilly, Dr. Paul served as scientific director of the Intramural Research Program of the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), in Bethesda, Md.; professor of psychiatry at Tulane University School of Medicine; and chief of the clinical neuroscience branch, as well as chief of the section on preclinical studies at the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). Dr. Paul is a member of various professional societies, which include the Tulane Scholars and Fellows; Phi Eta Sigma; Alpha Epsilon Delta; Sigma Xi; Phi Beta Kappa; and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society. He is the recipient of many honors and scientific recognitions, including the A.E. Bennett Award of the Society of Biological Psychiatry, the Foundations' Fund Prize for Research of the American Psychiatric Association and The Distinguished Service Medal of the United States. In 1997, Paul was elected to membership in the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Sciences. Dr. Paul has authored or co-authored more than 500 papers and invited book chapters, and he was listed as one of the most highly cited neuroscientists in the world (1980-2000), by the Institute for Scientific Information (I.S.I.), Philadelphia, PA. He serves on the editorial boards of numerous scientific journals and on several NIH extramural and intramural committees. He also serves on the executive board of PhRMA's Science and Regulatory Committee and is the incoming chairperson. Paul serves on the board of directors of the Lilly Foundation, the Foundation of the NIH, Butler University and the Indianapolis Zoological Society. He is currently a member of the National Institute of Health's advisory committee to the director (ACD).

Executive Director Mr. Perry's background spans a wide range of health policy, governmental, political and journalistic experience. Mr. Perry held staff positions for more than a dozen years on Capitol Hill, including special assistant to the Majority Whip of the U.S. Senate. He was appointed by Health and Human Services Secretary Louis Sullivan during the first Bush Administration to the Federal Task Force on Aging Research. He was also named by President Clinton as an advisor to the White House Conference on Aging. As part of the influential Jackson Hole Group on healthcare issues, Mr. Perry helped establish the groundwork for the Foundation for Accountability, or FACCT. He currently serves as Chairman of the FACCT Board of Directors. Mr. Perry was selected to represent consumer interests on the first governing body of the American Medical Accreditation Program (AMAP), assessing credentials and performance of U.S. physicians. He is a Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies in Immunology and Geriatric Medicine in Washington, D.C., and a member of the New York Academy of Sciences. Mr. Perry is a frequent speaker on aging research and public policy topics before business, academic, and public sector audiences, and is widely published on these subjects. As a journalist he was the recipient of many awards and citations, including a nomination for the Pulitzer Prize. He is also Co-Chair of the newly-formed coalition, Friends of the National Institute on Aging (FoNIA), a group supporting and promoting the NIA, its research efforts and training mission.

| A graduate of Vassar College and the New York School of Design, Vivian Weyerhaeuser Piasecki has contributed her creativity and philanthropic spirit as a longtime member of the IOA’s External Advisory Board. President of the Piasecki Family Foundation and active with the Weyerhaeuser Family Foundation, Ms. Piasecki has served on numerous corporate boards, both locally and nationally, while maintaining her personal commitment to community involvement and service here in Philadelphia. Ms. Piasecki has served as a Trustee of the University of Pennsylvania, as Chairperson of the Board of Overseers of the Penn School of Nursing, and on the board of the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center. In addition to her tenure as a member of the IOA’s External Advisory Board, she currently participates as a senior board member for WHYY, Inc. and One to One - The Greater Mentoring Partnership. Ms. Piasecki also has been integral in the development of the National Constitution Center, co-chairing the Center’s Capital Campaign, which made the Center a reality, and serving as a member of the board and the executive committee.

Chair Ms Powell is the Chair of Des Plaines Publishing where she turned the fledgling company into one of the largest printers of ethnic newspapers and shoppers in the mid west. Her thirty-year career in the marketing and communications disciplines includes radio, cable television, network radio and television, Internet, broadcast property sales, trade associations and publishing, and investor relations. She has devoted extensive time to many charitable boards including Goodwill International, The Broadcasters' Foundation, The Shakespeare Theater, and the American Bible Society where she heads up the investment committee with nearly $1 billion under management. Powell was founding member of an angel venture capital group. She is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, cum laude, the University of Sussex in Falmer, England, and the Harvard Business School. Her husband, Ned, is the President and CEO of the USO.

Managing Director Thomas S. Rittenhouse began his thirty-year career in the retail industry as an executive trainee in the credit division of Strawbridge & Clothier in 1965 and quickly advanced through key management positions. He moved on to the position of Assistant Controller responsible for formulating the corporate long-range management information system strategic plan and in 1978, was promoted to Corporate Vice President and Controller. In January, 1995 he was appointed to the Strawbridge & Clothier Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Committee along with the Chairman of the Board and Vice President of Real Estate. After assuming the added responsibility of overseeing the Operations Division, he was promoted to Vice President of Operations, Administration and Controller. Mr. Rittenhouse led the effort to fund important research at the Auto-ID Center at the Massachussetts Institute of Technology. The result is the practical, multi-industry application of Electronic Product Code (EPC) technology to the global supply chain. Within the retail industry Mr. Rittenhouse is recognized as one of the early members of the Voluntary Inter-Industry Commerce Standards (VICS) Association, the organization that establishes the cross-industry standards that simplify the flow of product information in the general merchandise retail industry for retailers and suppliers. He served on the VICS Association Board of Directors and is a former co-Vice Chairman of the VICS. In January 1995, Mr. Rittenhouse was recognized by the National Retail Federation, with the prestigious Silver Plaque Award for outstanding service. Mr. Rittenhouse remains active on a number of non-profit and civic organizations including Freedoms Foundation at Valley Forge, chairs its Audit & Finance Committe and Vice Chair of the Old Pine Community Center. He is currently the Managing Director of Ralston Center. . |

Medicaid Program Director Dr. Sandeep Wadhwa is now serving as the State of Colorado's Medicaid Program Director within the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, where he will oversee Medicaid, the Child Health Plan Plus as well as the Colorado Indigent Care Program. In all, Dr. Wadhwa will manage the healthcare delivery to over 600,000 of Colorado’s underprivileged and elderly. Dr. Wadhwa most recently oversaw disease management services for McKesson Corporation, which is the 15th largest company on the Fortune 500 and the world’s largest healthcare services company. He served as Vice President, Care Management, McKesson Health Solutions. He is a national expert in disease management for Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries and is regularly called upon by the media to offer an expert opinion about issues in these areas. His research interests center on chronic disease prevention and healthcare economics, and he frequently publishes scholarly articles in research journals. Dr. Wadhwa received his undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University and attended medical school at the Cornell University Medical College, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He is board certified in internal medicine and geriatrics and completed his residency training and fellowships at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Wadhwa also received an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and completed a general internal medicine fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Wadhwa is a clinical assistant professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, where he precepts at the Seniors Clinic.
