- How often does culturally-based misunderstanding complicate care?
- What methods are available for assessment of health literacy?
- How can they be taught to students in clinical settings?
- How can you incorporate health equity and literacy in courses, clinical rotations and practicums?
- How can you evaluate students’ ability to assess and respond to limited health literacy?
Use this course to:
- Look at available evidence and tools
- Gain access to teaching resources
- Share with an unusually diverse interdisciplinary faculty group
- Test methods in your practice and teaching
- Share and compare your results
- Join the faculty for future courses
