Description of Other Expertise

Software: PipeDream - Pipedream encodes “best practice” cross-sectional and longitudinal neuroimaging studies of cortical thickness, jacobian-based morphometry and diffusion tensor imaging in a generic Pipelining infrastructure.

Software: Insight Surface Analysis and Normalization Environment (InSane, available by request): Cortical surface analysis tools for visualization, curve-guided normalization and flattening based analyses of functional and anatomical brain imagery.

Software: Advanced Normalization Tools (ANTS, http://sourceforge.net/projects/advants) : Top-Rated normalization toolkit, designed for DT and T1 MRI of the brain. Dr. Avants is the lead theoretician, designer and developer of this toolkit.
