Description of Research Expertise

1) Completed an IRB-approved study in 2016 assessing the accuracy of pediatric teledermatology: "Parental Photograph Quality Rating Scale Study (PQRS Study)" to assess the quality of photographs taken by parents of their child's skin conditions and the accuracy of the diagnosis provided by a blinded pediatric dermatologist as compared to an in-person pediatric dermatologist. Also tested whether an instruction sheet provided to half of the participants improved the quality of the image and diagnoses rendered. Funded by the CHOP Office of Entrepeneurship and Innovation
