Description of Clinical Expertise

Spinal cord injury, Spinal cord dysfunction, Secondary sequelae of central nervous system injury and dysfunction. Neuro-recovery with activity based rehabilitation of central nervous system dysfunction. Endocrinology of spinal cord injury. Cardiovascular effects of spinal cord injury. Robotics and the human machine interface to enhance function. Activity and neuroplasticity, haptic and biofeedback as surrogate to injured or impaired central and peripheral nervous system. Bone health with imobility and neuro-endocrine disruption. Changes in skin vasculature, tensile and shearing strength.
