Description of Research Expertise

A recipient of a Masters degree in Clinical Epidemiology and Biostatistics, Dr. Kreider studies risk factors for both the development of Interstitial Lung Diseases and for poor outcome. She is an active participant in several drug trials for patients both with pulmonary fibrosis and sarcoidosis

Description of Clinical Expertise

Dr. Kreider is the Co- Director of the Interstitial Lung Disease Program and has expertise in the evaluation and treatment of patients with diffuse parenchymal lung diseases. Additionally, she is the Medical Director of the Pulmonary Diagnostics Laboratory of the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Kreider’s clinical interests include patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis, Pulmonary Fibrosis associated with Collagen Vascular Disease, Chronic Hypersensitivity Pneumonitis and Sarcoidosis.
