Description of Clinical Expertise

Dr. Portnoy has been practicing comprehensive ophthalmology for 25 years. her special interests include cataract surgery, glaucoma and general ophthalmology problems. She is a fellowship-trained neuro-ophthalmologist with interest in neurological conditions that affect the eye. Dr. Portnoy is accepting new patients at Penn Medicine at Radnor and Mercy Fitzgerald in Darby.
