Description of Research Expertise

My research focuses on the intersection of HIV, substance use, other psychiatric comorbidities and cancer, and its implications for health outcomes. I have extensive experience and expertise in analysis and modeling using administrative databases for cancer outcomes research. I have analyzed large, longitudinal databases from Medicare, SEER-Medicare and Medicaid for studying cancer disparities, psychiatric comorbidities in cancer patients and for studies related to prostate cancer, lung cancer and non-AIDS related cancers. I am also an expert in the use of state Medicaid data for breast cancer study, and for evaluation studies
