Description of Research Expertise

My group focuses on preclinical cell and rodent translational modeling, human cardiometabolic disease, as well as human genomics and epidemiology. I have a track record of translational, genomic and biomarker studies in heart and metabolic disease as well as in assembling multidisciplinary teams for execution of translational and genomic research. At this conference, I will present data on the genomics of coronary artery disease and myocardial infarction.
