Description of Clinical Expertise

Dr. Harhay's clinical expertise is in the care of patients with chronic kidney disease, acute kidney failure, and patients requiring acute and chronic renal replacement therapy. Dr. Harhay has further training and expertise in the area of renal transplantation, including the evaluation, in-hospital management, and post-operative management of kidney transplant recipients.

Description of Research Expertise

Dr. Harhay's research interests include improving risk stratification of renal transplant candidates on the waiting list and study of quality-of-care metrics in renal transplantation.
