Description of Itmat Expertise

Dr. Townsend is evaluating the role of demographic, humoral and genetic factors in the progression of kidney disease and the development and progression of cardiovascular disease in patients with chronic kidney disease, and the role of pulse wave velocity in the renal and cardiovascular consequences of chronic kidney disease.
