The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Assistant Professor position in either the non-tenure clinician-educator track or the tenure track. Track and rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research, clinical care, and education. Candidate must be BC/BE in Ob/Gyn and subspecialty trained and BC/BE in REI.
The successful candidate will join a distinguished group of academic Reproductive Endocrinologists in an expanding, multi-site clinical infertility program which includes reproductive surgery and assisted reproductive technologies. Preference will be given to candidates with formal training in epidemiology and biostatistics and with academic interests in clinical and/or translational, patient-oriented research. Tenure track expects that an individual devote the majority of time to basic and/or translational research. Candidates for the Clinician-Educator track are expected to participate in clinical care and clinical research. All faculty members in the Division are involved in teaching students, residents and fellows.
