The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Emergency Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the tenure track. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care. Board certified/eligible in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
The candidate sought will have extensive research experience concerned with pediatric trauma, with particular emphasis on evaluating the comparative effectiveness of regionalized systems for pediatric emergency care. Applicants should have demonstrated productivity in high impact journals and a funding track record with a goal toward independence.
