The Philadelphia VA Medical Center (PVAMC) and the Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Instructor position in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Neurology with a focus on Movement Disorders while developing a career in an academic setting. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care.

The successful applicant must be board eligible. The effective date of appointment will be 07/01/2011.
