The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the tenure track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have an M.D. and/or Ph.D degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and research.
The primary appointment will be in either Pediatrics or Pathology & Laboratory Medicine. Candidates with an interest in gene transfer into hematopoietic cells, immune responses to vectors or to transgene products, and gene transfer approaches to treat genetic diseases are encouraged to apply; however, all areas of gene transfer/therapeutics will be considered.
