The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for a Full Professor position in either the non-tenure clinician-educator track or the tenure track. Track will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care, education, and research. Board certified/eligible in pediatric and/or adult gastroenterology.

Significant interest in candidates who will help augment and lead basic science initiatives in liver disease, motility, bile duct development, gastrointestinal allergies and inflammatory bowel disease research. Applicants should have evidence of productivity in high impact journals and a funding track record demonstrating leadership and independence. Position will participate in the research mentorship and clinical education of medical students, residents and fellows.
