The Institute for Translational Medicine and Therapeutics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for a Research Associate position in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). The successful applicant will have experience in the field of biomedical science with a focus on translational therapeutics. Responsibilities include investigation of vascular diseases including atherosclerosis and hypertensive vascular disease. Applicants must have an M.D. and/or Ph.D degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research.
This position will be located in the Institute for Translational Medicine and Therapeutics.
