The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include clinical service in the Health System Hospitals, resident and medical school teaching and participation in department sponsored research projects as well as on call responsibilities. Evidence of scholarship is required in the clinican-educator track. Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible. It is desirable for candidates to have experience in either relevant laboratory or clinical research. Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction is required. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care.
