The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate or Full Professor position in the tenure track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. The successful applicant will be accomplished in the area of Developmental Biology. Responsibilities include a leadership role in developmental biology at CHOP and the School of Medicine. Applicants must have an M.D and/or Ph.D or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research and education.

The successful applicant should have a clear track record of having established independent, extramurally funded, research programs. Prior leadership experience is preferred. Teaching and mentoring of medical students, fellows, and junior faculty will be an integral component of the position.
