The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. B/C in Internal Medicine; B/C in Hematology and/or Oncology.
The successful candidate will join a large group of practitioners who care for patients with all varieties of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors. This position will provide inpatient care supervising both housestaff and well trained nurse practitioners. Ideal candidates will have experience as a practicing hospitalist as well as experience in hematology and/or oncology. Hospitalists are actively engaged in clinical care, teaching, and leadership.
