The Division of Addictions HIV-AIDS Prevention Research in the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure research track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of HIV prevention research with a focus on integrated behavioral and biomedical interventions and data analysis. Responsibilities include analyses of biomedical and behavioral data from experimental interventions for prevention of HIV infection among injection and non-injection drug users and men who have sex with men. Applicants will also be expected to lead analyses of Medicaid and other large datasets of longitudinal healthcare. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research. Ph.D. in Psychology, Public Health, or social science discipline.
Successful applicants will have a record of publication, successful grant applications, and at least five years of postdoctoral HIV related research.
