Adolescent Medicine Eating Disorder Specialist

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Division of Adolescent Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate or Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care and education. Board certified/eligible in Pediatrics and/or Internal Medicine required. Board Certified/eligible in Adolescent Medicine strongly preferred.

The position will be responsible for inpatient and outpatient specialty care in Adolescent Medicine at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and participate in clinical education of medical students, residents and fellows as a member of the Craig-Dalsimer Division of Adolescent Medicine. The position will be specifically responsible for providing excellent inpatient and outpatient medical care and teaching within the context of the CHOP Adolescent Medicine Eating Disorder Service. A record of success working with multi-disciplinary teams is required. Multiple opportunities for collaborative clinical research are available related to eating disorders.
