The Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant or Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Psychology with a focus on assessment and treatment of couples and families. Responsibilities include assessment and treatment of couples and families, provision of psychoeducation to families and groups, teaching and supervision of couple/family therapy for psychiatric residents and practicum students, and professional networking and marketing within psychiatry department, the University of Pennsylvania Health System, and with other professionals and institutions. The person in this position will assume the role of Clinical Director of the Center for Couples and Adult Families (CCAF). Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care. All candidates must be licensed or license-eligible in Pennsylvania in order to provide patient care and supervison of students.

Preference will be given to those candidates with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate clinical experience and prior experience with teaching and program development.
