The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in either the non-tenure clinician-educator track or the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Track will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include individuals with training in the Pediatric Epilepsy, Pediatric Neurogenetics, Pediatric Neuromuscular Disease, and Pediatric General Neurology. The successful candidate will be expected to provide clinical services, teach and develop a clinical or basic scholarly program, depending on training. Applicants must have an M.D or M.D./Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, clinical care, and research. While evidence of scholarship is required in the clinician-educator track, research is not required in the academic clinician track.
