The Department of Emergency Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant, Associate, and/or Full Professor positions in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Rank will be commensurate with experience. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Emergency Medicine. Responsibilities include primarily clinical practice, teaching and mentoring of junior faculty. Research scholarship is not required. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine.

The Emergency Departments at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania (HUP), Presbyterian Medical Center (PMC) and Pennsylvania Hospital (PaH) together treat over 100,000 patients annually. HUP is a Level 1 trauma center, a new facility at PMC and planned new facility at PaH. We also have clinician positions available with academic clinical appointments.
