The Department of Radiology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Research Associate positions in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) year and continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited to three (3) years). The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Radiology with a focus on Biomedical Image. Responsibilities include overseeing translational image computing work in the Section of Biomedical Image Analysis. The successful candidate will also mentor and oversee work by image processing data analysts on application of advanced image processing pipelines to clinical research studies. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research.
