The Department of Cancer Biology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure research track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of lipid biology, signal transduction and FRET-based single cell imaging with a focus on the development and implementation of small molecule screens. Responsibilities include collaborative and independent research projects, mentoring of junior research personnel, preparation of research protocols/grants and submission of scholarly publications. Applicants must have an M.D. and/or Ph.D degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research.
