Assistant Professor in Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology
Posting Department: Neurology
Expire Date: 08/28/2015
The Department of Neurology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in either the non-tenure academic-clinician track or the non-tenure clinician-educator track. Track will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include clinical evaluation of patients with cognitive/behavioral symptoms, particularly those secondary to neurodegenerative conditions. Applicants must have an M.D. or Ph.D. or M.D./Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education and clinical care. While evidence of scholarship is required in the clinician-educator track, research is not required in the academic clinician track. Applicants must be BC/BE in Neurology and have additional training in Cognitive/Behavioral Neurology.

The candidate will be responsible for clinical evaluation of patients with cognitive/behavioral symptoms, particularly those secondary to neurodegenerative conditions. Candidates with appropriate expertise will participate in clinical trials and other types of clinical research.

We seek candidates who embrace and reflect diversity in the broadest sense.

The University of Pennsylvania is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
