The Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant, Associate, and/or Full Professor position in either the non-tenure clinician-educator track or the non-tenure academic-clinician track. Track and rank will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in research, education, and clinical care. While evidence of scholarship is required in the clinician-educator track, research is not required in the academic clinician track. Board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.

The primary faculty appointment will be in the Department of Medicine or Pediatrics.
The candidate will serve as Program Director of the Internal Medicine and Pediatrics' Training Program at the University of Pennsylvania Health System and The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, In this position, the candidate will be expected to design and implement comprehensive and innovative curriculum, participate in regional and national meetings of medicine/pediatric program directors, and provide direct teaching and mentorship to residents in the training program. In addition, the applicant will join clinical practices at both The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
