The Division of Oncology in the Department of Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in either the non-tenure clinician-educator track or the tenure track. Track will be commensurate with experience. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care, education, and research. Board-eligible or Board-certified in Pediatric Hematology-Oncology.

The first position is for a clinician-scientist to join our stem cell transplant program in the tenure track. The successful candidate will have research experience in stem cell biology or bone marrow failure syndromes, and clinical experience at the attending level in bone marrow transplant. Candidates with a track record of extramural funding are strongly preferred.

The second position is for a clinician-scientist to join our growing T-cell therapy program in the clinician-educator track. Candidates should have clinical experience in cell therapies for children with leukemia and experience in clinical research. Laboratory research experience in childhood leukemias is also desirable and a track record of extramural funding is preferred.
