The Division of Geriatrics in the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. The successful applicant will be accomplished in the area of Psychiatry. Expertise in the specific area of Geriatric Psychiatry is required. Responsibilities include direct care and counseling of patients and family members with a wide variety of psychiatric disorders including cognitive decline and neurodegenerative dementias in the Consultation Liaison Inpatient Psychiatric Program and The Penn Memory Center. The successful candidate will implement and conduct the administration of clinical services. The successful candidate will supervise postdoctoral fellows, doctoral candidates and master level trainees. Applicants must have an M.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care and education.
