The Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of Neuropsychology and Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience with a focus on psychometrics in clinical and experimental neuropsychology and neuroimaging. Responsibilities include support for ongoing research at the Brain Behavior Laboratory representing the discipline of neuropsychology and cognitive and affective neuroscience, helping develop research that harnesses novel and emerging neuroimaging technologies. Our preference is for someone with a thorough background in the use of psychometrics in clinical and experimental neuropsychology, strong data analysis skills that include familiarity with classical psychometric methodology and item response theory, and demonstrated expertise in functional neuroimaging methodology. A successful candidate would have or be eligible for a psychology license in Pennsylvania, have publications and the ability to obtain peer-reviewed grants. Applicants must have a Ph.D. or equivalent degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in clinical care, education, and research. Board Eligible (e.g. Board Certified).
Applicant should have demonstrated qualifications in Neuroimaging research in Psychiatry.
