Assistant Professor, Clinician Educator Track, Clinical Child Psychology
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Assistant Professor position in the non-tenure clinician-educator track. The successful applicant will have experience in the field of School Psychology and/or Clinical Child Psychology with a focus on assessment, intervention, and prevention in school primary care, and clinic settings for children with attention-deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and comorbid conditions. Responsibilities include conducting original intervention, services, and implementation science research in primary care and school settings; collaborating with multidisciplinary research teams; preparing and managing federally-funded grants; publication of findings from original research; and the education of trainees in psychology, child and adolescent psychiatry, developmental and behavioral pediatrics, general pediatrics, and other disciplines. In addition, responsibilities include diagnostic assessment of children referred for an evaluation of ADHD, family behavior therapy, group behavioral parent training, and school consultation. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree. And meet the requirements for licensure in Pennsylvania.
The position is located at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Candidate must have strong record of original and collaborative research, teaching, and clinical practice.
