It is often unclear how to incorporate a medical student into a busy outpatient practice. During this session, Dr. Margo will address: 1) Strategies to fit students at different levels into a busy clinical practice; 2) What students can do and how they can be helpful to you ; 3) What students need to learn from you; 4) How to give them helpful but brief feedback.
Dr. Katherine Margo is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine and Community Health in the School of Medicine. Dr. Margo directs the Medical Student Educators Development Institute of the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine.
