Jare Melanie Philip, Janet Sung, Ollin Venegas, and Vanessa Ramirez will describe results from their research conducted in Santiago Atitlan during summer 2011.
They will explore help seeking among pregnant mothers, midwifery in the context of a rapidly modernizing culture, decision making among mothers with young children and men’s perceptions of health and sport.
