Are you interested in a Science Career at a Liberal Arts College?
Haverford College and Bryn Mawr College are holding a symposium on Friday, April 19th 12:00 pm, at Haverford College Koshland Integrated Natural Sciences Center
For post-docs and advanced graduate students in the Natural Sciences who would like to learn more about being a professor at a liberal arts college.
• How do you combine high-quality research with undergraduate teaching?
• What kind of facilities and funding are available for such careers?
• What are some of the rewards and challenges?
The symposium begins with lunch and will include a tour of the science facilities, a panel discussion with Assistant Professors and current teaching post-docs, and a reception with other faculty members from the Natural Sciences.
