Biomedical Art & Design is a service center within the Department of Biochemistry and Biophysics offering extensive presentation services to the entire Penn community. When Ken Ray retired in 2003, his Art & Photo Shop morphed into Biomedical Art & Design under the direction of Mary Leonard who holds a BFA from Tyler School of Art.

Located within the Perelman School of Medicine, we provide comprehensive presentation services to the University of Pennsylvania, the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, The Dental School, The School of Veterinary Medicine, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and even outside of campus. From concept to finish, we work directly with researchers to provide creative, clear, high quality artwork.

Catering to scientists and researchers, we can help you in almost any aspect of visual presentation, from large format poster printing to Powerpoint presentations to drawings.
