We are currently accepting applications from U.S. citizens and permanent residents only. We regret that we are unable to consider international applications at this time.
Applicants should submit the following:
1. Online Application form
2. Certification Sheet with your signature and date. (The Certification Sheet appears after you click on the "SUBMIT" button and you have successfully completed your on-line Application.)
3. Personal Statement of academic interests and career goals (1-2 pages)
4. Two sealed letters of recommendation from academic faculty
5. Official undergraduate transcript(s) (including fall grades)

Eligible students may apply directly to Penn or via the Leadership Alliance. Please note that the Leadership Alliance deadline is also February 1.
