Abstract submission is now open. Please submit your abstract here. Deadline for submission is April 4, 2014.

Prizes:

Judging will be conducted by a panel of faculty and BGS students, and will be based on experimental merit, scientific impact, creativity, and presentation style

Top poster: $50 gift card to any Stephen Starr restaurant and a guaranteed spot to join the Keynote speaker and panalists for dinner. Other prizes include $10-20 gift cards to WaWa, Starbucks or Joe's Coffee.

This year we will also be giving away 50 stuffed Giant Microbes as door prizes to the symposium. To enter the drawing to win a Giant Microbe you must sing in before the first talk which starts at 1:00pm in BRB Auditorium.

The first 25 Giant Microbes will be raffled off at the end of the first talk given by Jean Bennet. You must be present to claim your Giant Microbe. The next 25 will be raffled off at the end the career panel from 3-4pm. Again, you must be present to receive your prize. Any unclaimed Giant Micrbobes will be raffled off at the end of Roy Vagelos' talk from 5-6pm.

We have 15 different types of Giant Microbes to choose from so don't miss out! Be sure to sign in in BRB Lobby before 1pm to be entered into the drawing.
