Judging will be conducted by a panel of faculty and post-doctoral associates and will be based on experimental merit, scientific impact, creativity, and presentation style.

Prizes are valued up to $50 and will include gift cards to Stephen Starr restaurants and Amazon! Microbe plushies will also be raffled to lucky attendees throughout the duration of the event! Also, as a special prize, all attendees who sign-in at the start of the symposium will be entered into a drawing to win a spot to a free dinner with the keynote speakers and panelists at Zavino at 6:30pm!!

You must sign in at the start of the symposium to be eligible for the giveaways. Prizes will be announced at the end of Dr. Wilson's talk, the career panel and Dr. Balice-Gordon's talk so stick around to see if you have won something!
