Executive Board
Each year, the BGSA general assembly elects an executive board that holds its own monthly meetings, conducts BGSA operations, and represents BGS students in Penn's university-wide Graduate and Professional Student Association (GAPSA).

Graduate Group Representatives
Each of the graduate groups within BGS elects a representative who manages designated BGSA funds and ensures that students within his or her graduate group are represented fairly at BGSA general assembly meetings. The CAMB group elects 3 representatives each year in order to accomodate the large number of students and higher budget of this program. Please contact your graduate group representative with concerns about funding of events specific to your program.

General Assembly
The BGSA General Assembly (GA) is a monthly meeting open to all BGS students as well as BGS-affiliated combined-degree studentswhere we vote on events, budgets, and other items relevant to BGSA. All members in attendance comprise the GA and are invited to vote on all measures and voice opinions during the open floor sessions.
