Fluorescence Polarization (FP)

Fluorescence polarization measurements can provide information on the orientation and mobility of labelled macromolecules in the context of associations such as receptor-ligand interactions, protein-DNA interactions, and enzymatic catalysis.

  • The Panvera Full Range Beacon 202 Variable Temp Fluorescence Polarization System provides a simple, rapid, and sensitive way to study equilibrium binding events and affinities for a range of labelled macromolecules. The instrument is configured with fluorescein filters and variable temperature control.
