"We LOVE BTG students ...The residents have such warm and friendly interactions with future medical providers which help them have a better outlook on medical personnel. For the most part, our residents are just beginning to address their medical issues and the students have made them a little less afraid of going to the doctor."

"The first day of orientation
a certain quote really struck me: 'the people you are helping will have
a much larger impact on you than you will on them.' I think my attitude
that I should learn from my coworkers and clients rather than having
my own strict agenda to "save the world" made it possible for me to connect
well to the site. I hope that someday I am able to save the world, but
for now, I am glad that I was able to become a better nurse and a better
person." BTG Student Intern |
