Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)

Thank you for your interest in the Penn CBT-I Training Program.

This web site is designed to provide:
1.
Information about our CBT-I seminars: When, Where and What's involved.
2. General information about the educational resources that are available for those who wish to learn about Behavioral Sleep Medicine.
3. An archive intended for those that have attended our seminars which includes: an instrument library, a digital archive of papers, slide sets from our seminars, and an expansive set of videos related to sleep medicine, behavioral sleep medicine, and CBT-I.
This section of the web site, which can only be accessed with permission, is continually revised and expanded.

Due to COVID-19 our Basic and Advanced Courses have been on hold for the last two years, but we are now pleased to report that we are re-starting the series. Below you can now find information on the seminars. Keep an eye on this site as registration for the course will be forthcoming as we get closer to the course dates.

PLEASE NOTE: We can only provide CEs to those who attend the full course, complete the post-course evaluation (within 7 days), and who reside in the USA. Certificates of completion will be provided to those who are not CE eligible. CEs are provided through the American Psychological Association (APA) and we ask that you check with your credentialing provider to ensure that these CEs apply to your profession.
