CEET Virtual Biorepository

Three critical elements of the Virtual Biorepository include: 1) a data management interface that accesses diverse data sources University-wide and that provides point-of-contact information to CEET investigators on biospecimen availability and subject characteristics; 2) state-of-the-art approaches to biospecimen preparation, characterization, quality assurance and curation; and 3) incorporation of siloed individual repositories into the virtual biorepository.
Services available include:
- Data management interface;
- Biospecimen characterization and quality assurance;
- Individual CEET biospecimen banks;
- Storage of new specimen collections and specimen utilization.
