The Community Outreach and Engagement Core (COEC) and the Center of Excellence in Environmental Toxicology (CEET) was funded in 2006 by the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS). COEC and CEET are supported by NIEHS grant P30ES013508. The NIEHS is one of 27 institutes and centers at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Our center is the first Environmental Health Sciences (EHS) Center in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and is one of 21 centers funded nationwide by the NIEHS.
