LINTON A.WHITAKER, MD, is the Founder and Director of the Center for Human Appearance. He is Professor of Plastic Surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Whitaker is recognized internationally for his innovations and expertise in craniofacial and cosmetic surgery of the face, especially facial aging and facial bone surgery. Dr. Whitaker is board certified in surgery and plastic surgery.

His research interests include melanoma of the head and heck and acral sites, reconstructive surgery, surgical technique and education and high-risk cutaneous oncology. JOSEPH F. SOBANKO, MD, is Director of Dermatologic Surgery Education and Assistant Professor of Dermatology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
