The CAB is made up of community leaders who have knowledge in many areas: advocacy, health care, AIDS treatments, prison health, youth issues, LGBT issues, STD prevention, harm reduction, and epidemiology. Most importantly, CAB members share a deep connection to Philadelphia's communities.
